It is feeling like fall here in Austin, y’all and I am here for it!! This was my first summer in Austin and I was shocked at how hot/unbearable it was! So of course when I got a whiff of this 65 degree weather, I jumped on my chance to try out some of my new fall clothes!

Although many thought the “modern prairie” trend would not last, I’m happy to report that it is here to stay. I love feminine dresses with long sleeves so if that makes me look like I’m from Little House on the Prairie, then I’m totally ok with that!

1. Green Sweater 2. Leopard Face Mask 3. Gold Face Mask Chain 4. Green Plaid Dress 5. Wooden Hoop Earrings 6. Roxanne Assoulian Bracelets 7. English Factory Sweater Dress 8. Vintage Denim 9. Louis Vuitton “On the Go” Look Alike 10. Grey Celine Nano Belt Bag 11. Golden Goose Western Boots 12. Gucci Loafers 13. Stutterheim Raincoat

I recently picked up this plaid green dress by Sister Jane and am so in love with it! The fabric is a bit heavier than I expected, but it is beautiful in person and really well made! I’ve paired it here with a pair of old Zara boots that have since sold out, but I’ve linked a similar pair here, and my grey Celine Belt Bag. If boots are too heavy for the climate you’re in right now, I would suggest wearing this dress with tan ballet flats or even slide sandals.

If you’re looking for a for a casual fall uniform, look no further than this combo! I’m a sucker for anything green so this Cupcakes and Cashmere Sweater speaks to me on so many levels! The simplicity of the sweater and classic Moussy jeans (currently on sale) leave a perfect opening for these amazing Gucci loafers! Will be running all of my errands in this look for the next few months! If you’re looking to add a little more color to your look, I would suggest this amazing set of blush-toned bracelets from Roxanne Assoulian, they are 80 percent off right now at Moda Operandi! I know Christmas is still a few months away, but if you have ladies you need to buy gifts for, these make a fabulous stocking stuffer!

I also love a good raincoat for fall and when I saw this beige beauty from Stutterheim I got all of the Julia Roberts vibes in Notting Hill!! I like this one particularly because of the weight and it is just effortlessly chic.

Which clothing items and trends are you most excited about for fall?! Leave me a comment and let me know! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend and enjoy some nice fall weather!

Y’all…..this dress is giving me ALL of the Juliet vibes and I plan to live in it for the rest of this summer!! Did anyone else dream of being Claire Danes opposite *LEO* in the 90s version of Romeo + Juliet?! Because I did and this dress is getting me closer to that dream. I have a feeling this will sell out quickly so make sure you scoop it up while you can!

Considering we don’t have many places to go, the options for amazing dresses this summer have been impressive and shockingly well-priced. I am crushing on this white English Factory dress with rainbow trim and love that it is under $100. I also think the mint green gingham style midi dress from Tuckernuck is a classic closet staple, but it is a bit pricier. If you’re looking for the perfect top to wear with white skinny jeans, the blue and white striped blouse from English Factory is it. Paired with the tan Staud leather slides, you will no doubt be the chicest girl in the room if you make it out to any social gatherings soon!

I don’t know if you’re in the market for a new hand or body soap, but let me tell you about the Raw Sugar Living soaps. I discovered them a couple of weeks ago at Target and am now completely obsessed. At first I just tried the Watermelon + Mint hand soap because the bottle looked really cool and it was priced well ($4.99 compared to the $12.95 hand soap I buy at Williams-Sonoma) and I am so glad I gave it a shot! The Raw Sugar soaps are not tested on animals and they are sulfate and paraben free. The Watermelon + Mint flavor literally smells like a jolly rancher when I was my hands, it’s amazing! Since I liked the hand soap so much, I decided to buy the body wash too and I love it! As I’ve gotten older, I have developed an allergy to sulfates and it has been challenging to find a sulfate-free body wash that actually cleans your body well and is not $30 or $40. At $6.99, the Raw Sugar body wash is fresh, chemical-free and cleans well with a beautiful summery scent.

I hope everyone has an incredible weekend and that you love my picks this week!

Happy Friday, loves!! I am loving this weekend because there are so many amazing sales happening!! And right now, my FAVORITE dress of the summer is currently on sale and still available in a few sizes!! Use the code SUMMER on the J.crew website to get an extra 40 percent off of this showstopper of a dress.

We’re all wearing face masks when we go out now so why not get a really cute one? I love all things pastel so of course I am loving the new Stoney Clover pastel masks with these fun beads! Stoney Clover is also making clear cases for masks which are definitely an upgrade from the ziplock bags I’ve been carrying my masks around in!

I was browsing online the other night and I think I’ve created my dream summer outfit! Paring this white linen crop top and pants with simple tan sandals and rainbow accessories is the perfect look for a night out this summer for pretty much any activity. The rainbow pompom straw bag is currently on sale for just $51! If you want to dress it up a bit, you could swap out the wrap sandals for the Loeffler Randall Penny Knot Mules.

Times have been tough and I’ve noticed people are giving more gifts than usual to cheer friends and loved ones up. If you’re looking to do something like that and needing some inspiration, these are a few of my favorite gifts lately. I just randomly found the Bliss Jelly Glow Peel the other day at Target and I don’t normally experiment with drugstore skin care, but I caved in…I just love all things pink… and I’m so glad I gave this a shot! At $10, this peel has not irritated my face, but rather has truly made it glow! It is so easy to use too. You just rub it on in a circular motion after you wash your face and it takes away all of your dead skin–it is fabulous and I’m sure you and your friends will love it! Candles are also a great gift option, who doesn’t love candles?! The Fornasetti Candles are a little pricey, but smell great and really make a statement. I also just LOVE these lemon cocktail napkins…get a set of these, a nice bottle of vodka and a sparkling French lemonade and you’ve got yourself a beautiful and summery hostess gift!

I hope you loved my picks this week and I hope everyone has a SAFE and HEALTHY weekend!
