HOLIDAY OUTFIT INSPO

Whether you’re celebrating Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa or something else, the holidays are upon us! Because different families and types of celebrations call for different styles of clothing, I’m sharing some of my favorite looks for this holiday season from tacky to snazzy and everything in between.

For this snazzy holiday look, I went a little bit out of my comfort zone. Of course if you’ve been following me for a bit, you will have seen this sweater a few times, but I think it is ideal for the holidays. I also live in my black Manolo Blahniks–they are an investment, but some of the best money you can spend. I bought this pair six years ago and wear they all the time. Outside of these staples for me, these Spanx leggings y’all… definitely not something I would normally ever buy or wear, but I kept seeing them everywhere so I had to give them a shot. While they are a bit loud for me…literally and metaphorically, they are incredibly flattering and SO comfortable to wear! If you’re feeling like looking a little bold at your holiday celebration, I would definitely recommend these.

Now this look is a little bit more my speed and one of my favorite holiday looks I’ve ever put together! I wore this a few years ago for Christmas in New Orleans with my husband’s family. I wore this to our Christmas Eve luncheon at Arnaud’s and it was the perfect combo for such a traditional setting. Luckily, the pants, shoes and sweater I wore are still in stock, but the Theory Bow Blouse is sadly out of stock. I found a replacement and I think it would still make the look incredible.

Festive: Tacky Christmas Sweater, Red and White Striped PJ Pants, Silver Sneakers

And now for the fun stuff!! I live for tacky Christmas parties and I’m so thankful we are having a family tacky Christmas sweater party this year for Christmas Eve. Inspired by a tacky candy cane, I put this look together last year and could not have been happier with it! For the tacky Christmas party I attended last year, I wore this amazing Christmas tree looking sweater and Rachel Parcell pajama pants. They are no longer available, but I found a similar pair at Target that are so cute! Pair this with a sparkly pair of sneakers and you will be ready for a good time!

How are you celebrating the holidays this year? Leave me a comment and let me know!

XO,

Brit
